This powerful Stirling engine, (Lutz Hielscher, D-Wuppertal, manufacturer of stirling motor models), in horizontal construction format from stainless steel, brass + glass was originally conceived as a transformation motor.
The rational speed is regulated to between 90-500 rpm using an adjustable brake.
Driven parts can be moved via the pulley.
It is possible to transform the “Stirling 5” into both a traction engine (running on the ground) and an I G, 45 mm gauge Draisine in only a few constructions steps. A music box may be added to produce music.
