Ceramic burners are far more efficient and also cleaner than the solid fuel or gel alternative. They utilise a ceramic element to distribute the burning gas evenly across the burners surface, and when coupled with a Bix tank, make a very aesthetically pleasing addition to any setup. They also make a very worthy investment, as the cost of alternative fuels can really add up over time.
