Product guarantee

We do not accept returns after 30 days unless by prior agreement. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

If a product is found to be faulty due to poor workmanship or manufacture within 12 months from the date of invoice, Forest Classics will, at their discretion, repair or replace the product. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any returned items are properly packed, with a full explanation of the problem(s) found, together with your original payment slip or receipt.  Forest Classics will refund any carriage charges incurred for the return of products under guarantee. When the product is repaired or replaced, it will be returned free of carriage charges. Products that have been delivered correctly in accordance with the customer's order will not be accepted for credit or refund unless confirmed in writing prior to return.

Kits.Oweing to their nature we have a non return policy on these items once they have been opened and started.

 
 

Payments

Payment will not be taken until we can guarantee that stock is available. This does not apply to models where there is a known lead time and a deposit is required, for example the models from D.R. Mercer.

Returns & Refunds

The customer is entitled to return any order placed with Forest Classics within seven days of receipt of the product providing that the product is returned with all instruction manuals and accessories, in undamaged original packaging, and the product must be unused. The customer is responsible for the safe return and all carriage charges when returning products within the seven day return policy. Refunds will only be made using the original method of payment, i.e. Visa, Switch. All such items must be returned with the original receipt or payment slip. These terms do not cover consumable products.

Title of Goods

All goods will remain the property of Forest Classics until full payment has been made.

Delivery

It is the customer's responsibility to check their consignment for any signs of damage to the packaging. If damage is found, ensure that details are entered upon the carriers consignment sheet, or upon opening, damage to the enclosed product should be notified to Forest Classics immediately or at the latest two days from receipt. Forest Classics do not accept any liability for late or non delivery of products. If a consignment has not been received within three working days from the date of order, or agreed delivery date, please notify Forest Classics who will instigate a search with the carrier. Overseas customers please confirm delivery at the time of ordering.
