Bix 022 Horizontal mini gas tank

These gas tanks were originally produced for the Mamod SA1 car, but have many other uses for Traction engines, Locos, Trucks etc.

• Aprox 25mm dia x 70 mm long (1 inch dia  x 3  inches long)
• Pressure tested to 400si
• Outlet thread 1/4 32.
• Can be held in place with velcro (supplied)

The filling of the tank is accomplished in the same way that a cigarette lighter is filled, using a Bix gas refill adapter.

IMPORTANT! ONLY 70 % butane 30% propane mix or 100 % butane gas shoud be used (brands like GoSystem gas work great).
