The Wilesco D9 Steam Engine Model Kit, this kit is the best way to begin for steam friends who are keen of steam technology. The monted kit has the same specifications as the factory produced D10 Steam Engine and has power enough to run models of the Wilesco range. 

This kit is easy to assemble for the least experienced steam fan with the illustrated instruction pamphlet. As with all Wilesco kits they are of a well chosen and proven design and have been on sale  for several years.

As solid fuel tablets are no longer available, convert your engine to gas with our Bix gas conversion kits for a special price of £251.99.
This would be £268.99  if bought seperatley. For even greater savings you can buy the engine, Bix 026 kit and the Bix 019 refill adapter for £268.78  Bought seperatley total cost £ 289.98.  

You will NOT need the Bix 019 refill adapter if you already have one.

The D9 Comes complete with full operating instructions and No modifications required to the engine.  Please note you will still get the original solid fuel burner tray included in the D9 box.

The BIX 026 kit (which is the conversion kit you will need) also fits D5.D6,D9, D10,D105.10/100,D11,D12,14,141,145, D16,165 &455. and other makes of smaller stationary engines including Mamods
